If you schedule a design consultation, you agree to:

• Be present at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Respect that any design advice, plans, or renderings provided during consultations remain the intellectual property of Medovaya Ovsyanka

5. Purchases and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.

5.2 Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any payment method you provide
• The payment information you supply is true, correct, and complete

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed or shipped.

5.3 Deposits and Custom Orders

For custom orders or made-to-order items:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total price) is required to initiate the order
• The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pick-up
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Terms

We ship to addresses within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6.2 Inspection and Acceptance

You are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Hidden damage should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

Our return policy for standard (non-custom) items is as follows:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returned items

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order furniture
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer

7.3 Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

7.4 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Product Warranties

We provide a 5-year limited warranty on our furniture against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or accidents
• Variations in wood grain, color, or texture
• Changes due to exposure to sunlight or extreme temperature/humidity
• Damage from commercial use

8.2 Website Disclaimer

Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event will Medovaya Ovsyanka, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or any products purchased through our website.
